The Teacher's Corner Resources Letter Writing
An activity that will allow students to practice their writing skills, as well as learn more about historical figures. Write a letter to a famous person. (dead or alive) Have the students do interviews (questions to ask the famous person) after the students have done the research. Use the web site Biography for research. Students could the role play the interviewer and famous person parts in front of the class.
