  2. Open to US and Canadian Residents who are 18 or older. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
  3. Begins at 12:01 am (ET) on August 1, 2006 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on August 31, 2006. Any entries received before or after these times will be voided.
  4. Up to 10 entries per household per sweepstakes will be considered.
  5. Entries must be submitted to cornercontest@gmail.com.
  6. Multiple entries (up to 10) must be submitted by separate emails.
  7. All Entries must include: Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, and Email Address of Entrant, as well as an attached copy or description of your teacher resource(s). In the event of disputes, all entries are deemed to have been made by the holder of the e-mail account associated with the entry.
  8. Teacher resources submitted may be published on www.theteacherscorner.net.
  9. Any duplicate entries received will be voided. 
  10. Prize value: Ten (10) Grand Prizes: $13.95 (SRP)
  11. All information will be used in a manner consistent with The Teacher’s Corner privacy policy located here.
  12. Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries on or prior to September 17, 2006.
  13. ALL winners will be notified via e-Mail by September 17, 2006.
  14. Only one prize awarded per household per sweepstakes.
  15. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
  16. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
  17. The Teacher’s Corner is not responsible for lost entries, errors or omissions due to electronic failures and reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes in the event that it is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes.
  18. A list of prize winners for this sweepstakes may be obtained by sending an email to cornercontest@gmail.com with a statement of request along with the start date of the sweepstakes.
  19. In accepting the prize, the winner releases the promoter and all its officers, etc., from all liability associated with the sweepstakes and the prize.
  20. Rules are subject to change at any time. When such change occurs, changes will be noted at end of rules.
  21. Incomplete and/or inaccurate emails will not be considered for the contest.

DEFINITIONS:
Teacher Resource: Any ideas, teacher tips, lesson plans, bulletin boards, thematic units, or classroom activities that could possibly aid other teachers. Links to web sites on the Internet are not considered a resource. The resource must be ready to use in the classroom.
