Fall Leaves Graphing Center

I did a great bar graphing center this month. We went on a walk around school grounds to point out signs of fall. We collected fallen leaves of different colors. The leaves were placed in a basket in the math center. Children were told to pick ten leaves out of the basket then graph the color of the leaf on a preprinted graph worksheet. (red, yellow, brown, green, mixed) They were able to make conclusions (the most, the least, etc.) and had a lot of fun doing it!
