Ads on this site

Ok. A while back I had some issues with advertising that I hate :angry2: that was showing up on this site:
1. Pop-ups
2. Expandables (ad expands over content when you mouse over it)
3. Forced Audio/Video (just starts playing when you arrive)

I took some actions to remove that type of advertising that may have been overkill (ie - removing ads that did not have that type of advertising). That is, I just shut down hundreds of campaigns - indiscriminately.:shootme:

I am now going back in and adding some advertisers back in. But it is a much more laborious task to add them back in because I have to try and individually view each ad.:thumbsdown:

Long story short - I need your help. If you see an ad that does any of the things above, just reply to this thread and let me know the advertiser (ie. Coke is a pop-up, etc.) and I will lock that ad out. Even if it doesn't bother you, please let me know - because I make a promise to all my users to not display this type of advertising, and I may not see the offending ads.

Thanks! It is nice to come to a site where you don't have to worry about ads popping up all the time. I will keep an eye out here also.

There is one on the ride side of the screen... some kind of slim fast or something? It changes as you go to different pages, but it's still there...

Siobhan - do you mean that that 'slim fast' ad expands or is it a pop-up? What does the ad do?
