Planet Earth DVD Giveaway - Nominate your Teacher!

The Teacher's Corner would like to recognize the teachers who work hard educating our youth, so we are giving away 2 sets of the Planet Earth DVD collection (MSRP $79.95) to 2 teachers - by way of nomination.

How to Nominate a Teacher:
Available to US Teachers Only.
We have placed several treasure chests (pictured below) around "The Teacher's Corner". (HINT: You might find one in January or February related areas of the site)

If you are a teacher and haven't submitted yourself - it is very easy, and we do not use your info after we give the prize away (we in no way sell or give your info to anyone - it is strictly used to distribute the prizes and then disposed of).

Found it. I nominated one of the Astronomy Club teachers because if they can't use it in the club, he also has an Ecology class.

Addict I was told that I would be considered to be a US citizen if I at at McDonalds for 30 days in a row.

This giveaway is over and we have selected 2 people. As soon as I verify that they are indeed teachers, I will announce them.

To select our winners I have written a script that randomly selects 5 records from our database of entries. Then it will randomly put those 5 in order from 1 to 5. 1 and 2 will win if they are indeed teachers, if not then I will go to 3 and check their teacher status, and so on. If these 5 do not provide both winners then I will run it again, and start at #1 for however many teachers are still needed.

I do it this way for randomness, and I have a suspicion that several entries were not teachers - so I will manually verify all selections prior to giving away the prizes.

We didn't have a whole lot of entries - so everyone that entered has a good chance. Good Luck!
