Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a Pen license certificate. It's a certificate that a teacher gives that confirms that the pupil's handwriting is good enough to "graduate" from pencils to pens. It is an Australian thing we have here.
Would anyone here know how to create a generic certificate template that can be designed to be a pen license? If anyone knows how to make one in the HTML version rather than in PDF format that would be best for me.
What I can do is email the attachment I've received and if anyone is willing to give me their email address and knows how to do a HTML conversion from PDF that would really help me out a lot and then I will email you back of course and let you know if it works.
