Mrs. Wishy Washy's Christmas

I am planning on using Mrs. Wishy Washy's Christmas with my K class. We have already read the original so I figured it would be a fun follow-up. However, as it doesn't have as much repetitive text as the original, I am finding myself lacking in fun big book activities for it.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
