I am looking for pen pals outside of the United States. My students are 7th grade and speak English only. Any grade that is close will work.

7th grade is usually 12-13 years old. (Just add 5-6 to any grade to see the approximate age of students in that grade).

I have used Epals to hook my students up with international pen pals. You can set up a message board and monitored email accounts for your students and they can do everything over the web.
