Has anyone used any of these programs?
1- Stepwise Cookbooks, Mayor Johnson
2- Getting Along with People, Janie Haugen-McLain
3- Cooking to Learn, Loraine Coxson
If you have what did you think? (I work with middle school moderately impaired students).
Thanks

I've never used the Stepwise Cookbooks, but I do A LOT with Mayer Johnson, and they've never let me down yet. I could be wrong, but you might need to have Boardmaker to run that. Most of their software acts as add-ons to Boardmaker, I believe. If you've got Boardmaker, I'd go ahead and try it, all their stuff is great.
I haven't heard of any of the others, sorry!

I have used Cooking to Learn and really like it. It is written very simple, using a lot of pictures; however I find so much of special ed curriculum so pricey, I find it much cheaper and more efficient to make my own recipes by typing them and using the Mayer- Johnson symbols.Good luck
