Hello-
I am a first year teacher who will be in a middle school moderately Cognitively Impaired self contained class. (Wow that was a lot to say!)
I am having an "open house" the week before school to meet my students and have them get familiar with their brand new room. I wanted to do an activity, maybe art or something hands on.
With younger kids I read The Kissing Hand and did an activity but I think it is to young.
Any suggestions for this age??? Thanks!
