Does anyone have a good suggestion for a kid friendly and safe blogging site?

What about lego? Lego has a message board and all posts are reviewed by staff BEFORE they're actually posted.

Keep in mind that despite the designation, "family friendly," you never really know who's on the other end of a keyboard. I think that children always need to be monitored.
