Hello everyone!

I've started using technology in my class and found it very effective.I've used different softwares in my teacing like Inspiration,Ms word,Timeliner and Power point.I observrd a great change in my students.they were enthusiastic to complete their tasks.I've used Power Point as a teaching tool and found it very helpful as the students were eager to note down the infomation. they completed the related worksheet with understanding.I think every teacher should try this to see the difference between learning in a traditional and technology integerated classrooms.

Using technology in the classroom has increased student participation in my class. My students enjoy using the clickers, that record their responses in real time, to answer the qusetions posed for reviewing units before tests. I have found that the students respond positively to this form of review better than they do to the traditional raise your hand if you know style of query. I rarely have to ask a student to respond to the questions. All seem to enjoy the process and rarely is anyone off task. They are very comfortable using technology and have responded positively. When I use the remote response clickers, I can count on this day being discipline free!

Dear Samina ,
It's great! My students experienced an exciting new world of learning through tecnology. Through interactive, on line games, soft wares and downloading information by using internet was very exciting for my students. During my lessons I did encountered many problems , which taught me to see the loopholes in my planning but the level of excitement , active learning, motivation , eagerness and a stress free class was very encouraging . These experiences and out comes, :as a teacher helped me to become a confident teacher and encouraging for me to use technology in future for an innovative class.

Hello everyone,
As I've started using technology in my teaching,I taught different lessons integerating technology and found them very effective.I had observed that most of the time students are hesitant to write a letter.In one of my lesson,my students had to talk about the problems in the school,in their letter to the principal.Students used Digital camera to take photograph of different areas of the school where they were facing problems,they wrote letter on Ms word and Ms publisher with keen interest,they inserted the pictures and then gave it to the principal.I really enjoyed my lesson as all the students did well and they were fully involved in writing their letters.

pre service teacher and use technology and intergrated in most lessons. the one of best is using a program called kidpix to create story then making a stop motion aminimation with voice over . it was great to get virtues messages across like friendleness, kindness etc.lower school. upper school was using recyclable materials to create a new habitat (bird house + accessories) to bring the near distiction bird to the safe place. going through the technological process with art and enlish for the reflection/evaluations. your advise and words in forum are excellent

It is amazing how children respond to technology, mostly because it is a different form of teaching and grabs their interest. Educational games have a similar effect, turning theory into a practical application that is fun.
