SMART board ideas for geography & us history please?

Does anybody use the SMART board in their social studies classrooms? I got the new SMART board in my room, but I was already using the projector and a notepad to do activities. The SMART board is so much smaller than my projector screen, that I don't like to use it. I['d love to try some things...but need some ideas. ANYONE? :confused:

SMARTTech has some free materials availble that include maps and such. You could have a drag/drop activity where kids place the states on the map. Also, they could create draggable maps where they put the rivers, cities, even crops, on the map.

Also, it would be great for interactive notetaking and you could save your materials each day. :)
