Summer School Job...Librarian?

Guess what? I get to be the Librarian for summer school...too fun! They are going to pay me the same as if I was teaching summer school (which is more per hour than I currently make as a 2nd year teacher). I'm excited...it sounds super fun especially since I was dreading teaching 3 grades of social studies to the kids who failed the first time around. Whew! :D

if I had to redo what I was certified in, it would be librarian. What a cake job, paid like a real teacher, but with no students in your class. If a kid is ever a behavior problem, you simply send them back to their regular teacher. Meanwhile, you get to organize stuff. I'm very organized minded, so I would love it. I could still coach as well.

Being the librarian would be so much fun! I would have been a great librarian...with my addiction to books and all. Maybe in my next life! hah!
