So, I just took my dog out and I could barely open my door due to a snow drift in front of my door. now, this was all supposed to be rain, but little did our weather men predict that this would be yet another weekend blizzard. :-) so, instead of taking the Praxis tomorrow, I may be playing Yahtzee with the wife.

Yikes ... so are snow storms at this time of year common in your neck of the woods? I almost hate to say this ... but in Southeastern Arizona, we'll probably be in the triple digits this weekend.

I hope missing the Praxis test will not cause a problem in terms of certification. Will you be able to reschedule the test due to inclement weather? I hope you won't have to pay another registration fee.

Good news... the weather was so bad that they postponed the Praxis until next week.

as far as spring storms, I guess they are pretty common up here, remember I'm recently transplanted here from Texas. But this morning there is a four foot snow drift in front of my house. If I want to go out side, I go through the window & dig back.

Enjoy your triple digits Chef!

It is good that your test was postponed. Now, you can study more... ;)

The weather here has been quite warm. It stormed last night, so things have gotten cooler. Nowhere near snow conditions, however. I can't imagine having show in almost-May...

Yeah. apparently these snow storms in South Dakota can hit into late May.

As far as studying more. I was trying to find study guides for the Theatre Praxis II test. I found (on more than one site) that there is no study guide, because the only way to pass the test is by years of studying, preferably at a university. I think that's a touch funny. They pass up the oppertunity to make money? I'm interested to see what the test looks like. It's been about four years since I took the ExCET theatre test. It can't be THAT difficult right?

Most people say that you have to take the test several times. Eventually, you get a duplicate test and pass that way. This is for IN though. The state is said to have one of highest scores needed to pass.

Let us know how you do.
