I have a complete Diagram and Theory on a Hyper drive system for space travel. What is Capable for use of Nuclear Waste to benefit our travels to space?

Any engineering system that's able to create something as technologically sophisticated as a hyper drive would most likely NOT be using nuclear power. If nuclear power is not being used, the question about the supposed beneficial use of nuclear waste would be moot.
