Potty training

Well it's that time. I am new to the whole starting potty training thing, but the children seem to be ready. I need advice on how to start, how to get the parents on the same page, and how much/little to reward behaviors. Please know that I don't have a bathroom in my classroom and will be taking the children out of the room when they need to go.
