I've been an RSP teacher for 5 years and have been observed 3 times, 2 in the last month. As part of my write-up he left me with all kinds of questions like; How much time is spent on direct instruction? How much time is spent working on assignments from the classroom? How often are students working on just worksheets?
I know RSP looks different at all schools, depending on the needs of the students, but I was hoping to get a general idea of what is expected from the RSP at your school.

I have been a RSP teacher for the past 9 years. You are right that RSP looks different at all schools and sometimes from year to year. I have more direct instruction classes this year than ever before. Mostly my students need help with the classes they are mainstreamed in, so I have Study Skills for them. When they have nothing from another class to work on, I have something to work on towards their goals.
