Everywhere I turn I seem to see some funny or meaningful "teacher" quotes. Does anyone have any good ones?
I've seen these:
"To teach is to touch lives forever"
"There are 3 reasons to become a teacher: June, July & August":)
Let's keep adding!

I love quotes! Last year in my classroom I always had a quote of the day. This year, with no classroom, I have not been able to do so. I am excited to get a classroom again solely for that quote of the day! I think students( as well as myself) can learn so much from quotes!

I have used quotes in my coaching for years. It is always well received. I find that the students feel they are important to me if I spend time looking for them. I try to keep them very applicable to what we are working on or to the person I find one for.

Be the leader you would want for your child.
Every classroom, a gallery; every student, a canvas; every teacher, an artist.
Good teachers provide answers. Great teachers provoke questions.
A load of books does not equal one good teacher. ~Chinese Proverb
A kind word from a teacher can echo in student's mind.
