We're having AIMS testing today. Only high school students taking the AIMS test are here. The rest won't be coming in until 10:30.

Since culinary arts is making Roast Beef with Yorkshire pudding for lunch, I already have the roast beef in the oven. Since I had to cut the beef into sections to fit each piece into Reynold's ovenwrap bags for braising/roasting, I had a few pieces of beef chuck left over ... so I cooked them up for breakfast with fried eggs.

I'm now sitting in my office eating steak and eggs while the pleasant aroma of roasting beef wafts over me ...

Have I mentioned recently how much I love my job? :)
