Do you teach your students this art during the culinary arts classroom?

Yes - front of the house service is part of the culinary arts program.

Front of the house service includes bussing tables, waiting tables, hosting, and operating a POS (point of sale) register.

In addition to learning how to work in each category, students also learn the basics of CPR, customer problem resolution.
