Any ideas besides ziploc bags to store flannel board story pieces- I have some that are rather large-also, three and four year olds stuff rather than place.

I try to keep mine in manila envelopes. When I have the students use them, they put the pieces in a manila folder and then I transfer them to the manila envelope when I want to move on to a different board.
I have also tried using plastic containers that are large enough to hold a piece of paper. This works with students but takes room for storage. If you have the room, this is the way to go. If not, try the manila folders and envelopes.
