Hi All,
Good Monday. I have a question; my company is looking to hire online tutors. Where is a good place to recruit online tutors? Are there special job sites for educators? Should I just advertise with Monster.com?
Thanks,
Shmuly

National Tutors of America would be a good place to contact.

I think that they have a teaching job link on this site. You can also try with local school districts or the dyslexia association.

What kind of tutors do you need? If you need reading/language arts tutors, you might try recruiting from the Federal Work Study program.
In July 2000, all colleges and universities receiving Federal Work-Study funding were required to have a literacy tutoring program in place. Each institution must have at least one student employed as a reading tutory in a preschool, elementary school or in a Family Literacy Program.
For more information and resources call 1-800-USA-LEARN or email: americareads@ed.gov.
