Instructional Technology Resource Teacher

I am from Pittsburgh, PA and spent the past year teaching in Virginia because it is almost impossible to find a teaching position in Pittsburgh (I have a M.Ed. in Social Studies Ed.)

I would really like to become an ITRT, however to my knowledge Virginia is the only state with ITRT's. Does anyone know if any other states, especially PA, are implementing ITRT positions?
