I am in need of ideas for my technology classroom and I am hoping some of you can help! I have received awesome suggestions in the past so I figured I'd give this a shot and post again.
I am in need of ideas for the theme of my classroom. This year my theme is "Technology Treasures." I am going to be using decorations of jewels, pirates, parrots, netting, ships and more.
What I am looking for is something like this...
Last year, my theme was "Information Super Highway." When you first entered my classroom, around the door was a "highway" that featured cars with the homeroom numbers on them. There was also a sign that said "Route 109." 109 is my room number. Also I had a sign that said, "Do you have your web license?" and had web licenses made up to look like a driver's license.
When you entered my room, there were different bulletin boards.
They included:
-Is you vehicle equipped? (parts of a computer)
-How did we get there? (Road map with links of websites we use in the classroom)
-Behavior Boulevard (Street with speed limit signs. Students earned points for behavior along the street)
-Road Rules (Rules of the classroom posted)
-Drive Safely (Rules of the Internet Safety posted)
-Paving the Way in Technology (Famous people in Technology)
I am basically looking for ideas for decorating, bulletin board ideas and more that focus on Technology.
I appreciate any ideas or thoughts you may have.
