Gary Paulsen --- has signed up to run the race. Is anyone planning to follow the race and do curriculum ideas/lessons. I'd love to chat about ideas and projects. They also have workshops for teachers. Are you interested in attending?

Here is a great resource that I personally used in my classroom last year:
eIditarod - It is a great online project that allows your class to follow a specific musher throughout the race.

My daughter's 5th grade class is following the Iditarod. The kids are all very excited about it.
