Hi guys.
I'm writing a novel about a high school teacher who is falsely accused of sexual misconduct by one of his students. I would be grateful if you would share your thoughts on this scary job hazard. I am presently in the research phase and would appreciate any replies. If the teacher and the student have been in a classroom with the door closed, what are the teacher's chances of keeping his job and his reputation? I know it's a touchy subject (both false accusation and sexual misconduct), and I would really appreciate your comments and stories.
I would also like to know what are the biggest challenges high school teachers face nowadays.
