Has anyone heard of a company produces weatherproof synthetic paper that can be written on with any ball point pen? In addition it is used in painting and drawing projects. The material is oil resistant, grease resistant and resistant to certain chemicals. Duranotes is the product name and can even be gamma irradiated for use in medical applications and is clean room approved. This paper has no oily feel. In fact it looks and feels like regular paper. You can even write on it in a down pour of rain.
DURANOTES.com
is the web address, how can this be used in a class room setting?

Our School sells Duranotes in our school store. Duranotes works really well for our students earth science projects and in the art department. The cost is the lowest of what we have found for this quality. (Tear resistant, can be painted and is great for signs.) Our school store makes a profit and the students save money. It's a win-win for student and school. I definetly recommend duranotes.

We use duranotes too. I love painting on them. Not in school store yet, just in art projects.
