Lorraine Monroe BBC/black board configuration

I would like to know if there are any teachers out there that may be familiar with the Lorraine Monroe Leadership Institute (author of the book The Monroe Doctrine) BBC or Black Board Configuration classroom process. If so, I would like to hear from (or chat with) anyone whose school or school district that has adopted this program for improving student achievement.

I'm not familiar with the book, however, I've been using BBC lesson plans since August. I'm new at the school, but a few years back the BBC lessons were adapted and required by all teachers in our building. Overall, results have shown much improvement.
