Well... I am supposed to have a team leader to help me plan out my year, and yet she is ridiculously busy. Today we were going to meet and she did not return my e-mail saying that I could meet with her, nor did she return my message... leaving early instead. Since there was a rover in my room, I did not have any TE's to go by but only had "unofficial teaching experience" to rely on to support me in this scary and exciting endeavor. I'm a second grade teacher on a year round schedule and start in a few days with family emergencies everywhere. I'm sure once I get started I'll be okay, but I'm very frustrated right now. Any pointers?
