I am currently working in a preschool, and Have a theme on "exploring with worms" and I'm not exactly sure what activities I should do.
Monday is math, Tuesday is Science, Wednesday is Art, and Thursday is any of the 3. I can't think of any good activities that will interest the children, I may not be back to check, but I have an email address if you would like to email me there, I'm only in Highschool and my class is teaching in the preschool. It's not a hard thing, but worms? If anyone has any ideas, PLEASE please reply back, I don't go in until the beginning of may, but I need them done ahead of time.

for Math you can make a chart of counting. example: cut out five worm pictures and put it on your poster with the number five. they recognize the letter five and the amount of worms it takes to count to five.

for Science using a clear bown (small fish tank works great) build a habitat. dirt and worms. students can see the worms through the bowl.

for art have students draw worm picure using different color paint.

and just for the fun of it, for snack make dirt and worm dessert. chocolate pudding, crused oreo cookies, and gummy worms
