question about a major?

I am attanding a community college, and thought i wanted to become a first grade teacher, but through volunteering, I've learned that I would rather teach art. My problem: How do I find a college to transfer that will allow me to become a major of art and teaching? I've looked on Universities websites, but thy never have an answer. Please Help! - g
