HI!
I am conducting a lesson to show second graders the effects of pollution on sea life. I am planning on doing an interactive visual of a fish bowl with a pretend fish inside. I will read a story of a fish and as different types of pollution are stated in the story, a student will come up to the fish bowl and add a container with that pollutant. At the end of the story the students will be able to see how animals in the oceans are effected by all this mess.
I observed this lesson by another teacher a couple years ago and it was excellent. However, I am unable to find a book about a fish that has to deal with pollution in his home. I can't seem to remember the name of the book. Does anyone have any idea what the name of the book may be?
