great book for new teachers

Just finished this great new book full of ideas and suggestions to help new teachers set up your classroom, manage it and have a successful year. Will hep you do more than just survive your school year. Had to suggest it b/c it was so good! Oh almost forgot to mention the title! It is called Primary Teacher's Survival Guide by Heyda.

Hello,
I see that you like to help future teachers be successful. Well, I am desparate for help. How do I pass the elementary k-6 exam? I have only taken it twice but school is about to start and I am getting discouraged. I have spent hundreds of dollars on the help aids on line and they don't help at all really. What do I do? Can you please help me or guide me in the right direction?

I think there is another thread on here with more details about the particular test... I don't think it was the Praxis.
