Hello, my name is Barb D. and I am a student going to college for my Middle School Mathematics degree. I am very excited about teaching, and can't wait to get started. Of course it is still a year or two away.
For my school, I have to do a research paper. I have chosen to do it on performance based pay. I have to do a survey for this research paper.
Mostly the survey deals with teacher pay based on student performance on standard tests.
