"Pay it Forward"

I am looking for details for a character building project based on the film, "Pay it Forward." This is for a small, rural, K-12 school. We want to promote acts of kindness, to see how far an act of kindness can go. Of course, the idea is based on the Kevin Spacey and Helen Hunt film, "Pay it Forward."
If anyone has already written up this idea and would like to share it, please respond.

Bravo for teaching the concept of Random Acts of Kindness. The Random Acts of Kindness Website is a great resource for information and lesson plans. I downloaded over 40 pages of ideas to use with a variety of age groups!
