Bulletin Boards

I am a student in college and this semester I am taking Audio-Visual Techniques class. I was wondering if anyone had any good bulletin board ideas for history for grades 7-12. I'm having a hard time coming up with something, and everything I've seen on the Net is too juvenille for older kids. If anyone can help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it.
