I work for the YMCA in Canada and I have been searching the net for days it seems. lol I am being nagged at work by my boss to do some theater sports with the kids. I have no idea where to even start. I am sure I could do this if I just had some ideas. I am hoping someone here would have an idea or two of where I could find some ideas.

Oh yes my kids range in age from seven to 11. I guess that is helpful info isn't it? LOL
