What kind of beginning salaries do independent boarding schools (like The Hill School in Pennsylvania) give teachers? All I can find out is that they are "competitive". I am looking for a real number for a person with a masters degree. I know they negotiate contracts and all, but something has got to be the norm. I would assume they are low since food and housing are included. Please help!
