Hello fellow educators,
I am a student at Stephen F. Austin State University majoring in Elementary Education. The reason I am on this website posting a message is because I thought I would share with you a fun assignment I am having to do and I thought it would be fun for your students also. It is called an Internet Scavenger Hunt. It's very simple and fun to do, and I think it would benfit he children tremendously with their Internet skills. All you have to do is find a few neat things on the Internet and make the children search for them. This activity also allows you to be very creative when thinking about the websites. It also challenges children, and they can work in groups of two to three if you like. I just thought I would share this with everyone because computer skills are a must with children today. I hope everyone has a great summer.
