I had a fantastic experience using this site in my classroom---I urge fellow teachers to look into this!!!----I put this together to give students and teachers a voice about the Middle East !!!

There is wonderful FREE class project available to your students if there is computer access available at your school. Check out Dear President George W Bush.com @www.dearpresidentgeorgewbush.com
Your students are invited to participate in this Worldwide Free Speech E-mail Project. This project provides your students with an opportunity to write and send E-mail letters to President Bush.
There are other fun and educational features where younger students can choose to send E-mail letters to each of the White House Pets!! We will post your students’ letters on the site and notify you personally when your students’ letters are available for viewing.
All letters are forwarded directly to the White House. Teach your students the valuable lesson of FREE SPEECH and have a fun time doing it! Feel free to forward any questions you may have directly when you visit the site. BE SURE TO CLICK ON THE TEACHER’S LINK.
